Reggie is an award-winning designer/strategist and Partner at 40 Hearts, a branding agency creating enduring value. Reggie is drawn to projects that have a positive impact on our communities. A BFA in graphic design has fueled Reggie’s 27-year career of nationally recognized expertise in branding, design and commercial photography. His primary focus is helping businesses and organizations effectively connect with their audiences and in many cases, change the world.
A mentor with a strong belief in community service, Reggie is the founding president of AIGA Asheville. He is currently serving on the organization’s National Board. He also serves on the Board of the art coalition for Arts AVL.
The beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC are home to Reggie, his amazing wife, ambitious adult daughter, kind-hearted 10-year-old son, and energetic, creative 7-year-old identical twin daughters.

Mary is a systems thinker and change architect who moves comfortably between vision and execution. As Partner at 40 Hearts, she works alongside leadership teams to design the strategic frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making structures that close the gap between who an organization aspires to be and how it actually operates.
Her career has taken her from the backstage of technical theatre to the conference rooms of Fortune 500 brands—including PepsiCo Global, IBM, Colgate-Palmolive Harman International—where she led upstream strategy, innovation, and brand development at the highest levels.
At the center of her work is a belief that the most effective organizations are also the most human ones: clear in their identity, intentional in how they show up, and accountable to the people they serve. She partners with leaders who are ready to define their impact with precision—and build enterprises that generate not just growth, but shared prosperity and lasting contribution.
